Sour glass – what is it?
A Sour glass is a drinking glass used specifically for presenting Sour cocktails. Sour cocktails are a family of cocktails made from a combination of spirits, lemon or lime juice, and sugar or a sweet syrup. The Sour glass is often small with a slender shape and a wider opening than a cocktail glass. It may also have a slight conical shape to concentrate the aromas and provide a pleasant drinking experience. Sour glasses are typically used for cocktails like the Whiskey Sour or Pisco Sour.
