Highball glass – What is it?
A Highball glass is a tall, cylindrical drinking glass used for certain cocktails, particularly Highball drinks. It is typically larger than an Old Fashioned glass and has a greater fill capacity. Highball drinks usually consist of a spirit such as Whisky, Vodka, or Rum, topped up with a larger amount of a non-alcoholic mixer like soda, ginger ale, or cola. The glass is designed to accommodate enough mixer and ice while still being comfortable to hold.
