Clam Digger – alcohol-free – the recipe (Text)
crushed ice
Tabasco
Worcestershire sauce
8 cl tomato juice
8 cl clam juice
1/4 tsp horseradish sauce
dice
celery salt
freshly ground black pepper
1 piece celery stalk
1 lime wedge
Add ice, 1 splash each of Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce, tomato juice, clam juice, and horseradish sauce to a shaker. Shake vigorously until well combined and chilled. Fill a chilled Collins glass with crushed ice and strain the cocktail over it. Season to taste with celery salt and pepper; garnish with the celery stalk and lime wedge.
