Vermouth Dry – What is it?
Vermouth Dry is a variety of Vermouth, an aromatised, aromatic wine infused with herbs, spices and other botanicals. Vermouth Dry is comparatively drier and less sweet than other Vermouth styles. It’s often used as an ingredient in classic cocktails such as the Martini to add a slightly bitter, herbal note and enhance the drink’s flavours.
