Team building for companies: Cocktail workshops. We are professionals at the bar. Behind this is more than just the professional handling of ingredients. The secret to our success lies in the show. We provide entertainment. Because no guest wants to see a bored and grumpy bartender. Our guests can sense very clearly whether we are doing it with heart or not. That’s why we place great emphasis on this quality in our teams.
The heart of the matter & team building for companies
Cocktail workshops: Our teams take your colleagues so seriously that they greet them with a laugh right from the start.
You won’t forget us. It’s the heart of the matter that makes all the difference. We create an unforgettable experience for your employees. Don’t expect hardcore training with an assessment center vibe. We convey skills for business life in a playful way. Packaged as a competition, we promote team spirit and togetherness, quick cooperation and fun, whether the team stands on the podium as winners or not. You’ll become a team, guaranteed.
Fun in team building for companies
Fun in team building for companies – this may sound at first like the teacher has given the order that everyone should look forward to the next exam. Seriously: What some HR managers and coaches come up with simply doesn’t work.
Our team building works, and we’ve already tested it with several thousand guests and their teams.
Success guaranteed
Success is important, so the chances of success for the group are crucial in team building. With our cocktail workshops, they are guaranteed—and the levels can be expanded. Because cocktails range from quite simple to really demanding, and then there’s the method of preparation. Anyone who has ever had the pleasure of watching a real bartender at work in a relaxed mood knows how relaxing the clinking of ice cubes, the shaking and the occasional performance element can be.
Our techniques at the bar and in the team also work at home, on the balcony, in the kitchen or on your own terrace. So if you want to combine team building with a bit of posing, invite your colleagues over to your own garden and show them what you’re made of.
Cocktail workshops, even without alcohol
Easygoing and fun – that’s our recipe for success. You read it right: team building only works if it comes naturally. Forced good mood is not our thing. And one more thing: anyone who thinks cocktail workshops always involve alcohol is mistaken.
Ask us about our team building cocktail workshops for your company. We look forward to hearing from you!
