Berlin: Premium reception, premium catering? When you’re on a business trip, meet colleagues, or network, you’ll experience various receptions. And there are events where the description “unobtrusive” is still flattering. That’s why, before booking your next caterer for your upcoming event, we recommend asking a few more questions. Who are their clients? What’s the feedback on their events? This will help you determine something that’s part of your professionalism and hard to put into words. We’ll call it gut instinct here. Trust it.
Trust your gut feeling
You know your guests and your company. You know what your colleagues and employees on one side, and your customers and guests on the other, expect. This determines which company you should hire for your event’s catering. You have the choice between any catering service—or you can choose BarFlow Berlin.
Prestige comes with responsibility: the premium segment
If your company operates in—or aims to reach—the premium segment of your industry, we recommend applying the same standards to your reception and catering. Invite your high-end guests to a reception that deserves the premium label. We provide the catering. Incidentally, not just in Berlin.
Premium catering and more, not just in Berlin
A premium reception requires premium catering in Berlin. We look forward to hearing from you.
Do you pride yourself on excellent service? So do we! You can choose between cocktail service, sparkling wine or coffee receptions. Additionally, we offer food catering for your event.
With our cocktail service, you’re choosing something special. Our bartenders are accustomed to working in front of discerning audiences. With our team, it’s not just the result that counts—even the preparation of the cocktails is pure entertainment for your guests.
Want something truly extraordinary for your premium reception? We’ve got you covered. Ask about our show bartenders. They’re just as professional as our classic bar staff, but they also provide additional show elements for your guests.
Discreet beverage service at your trade show booth
Do you prefer something quieter and more discreet? It’s all about coordination. Of course, we’ll organize the beverages of your choice and our friendly service staff will cater to your event according to your wishes. While our headquarters is in Berlin, this shouldn’t stop you from booking us in Dresden, Munich, Düsseldorf or Hamburg.
