»Do you agree?«
Everyone knows this question, yet there are situations in which it means so much more than just a simple question. »Do you agree« were the words coach Dagur Sigurdsson asked his team during a time-out at the final of the Handball European Championship. This is one of those situations in which it says so much more about the »working relationship« between the young handball players and their coach—and vice versa. They meet on equal terms. This goes hand in hand with mutual appreciation. These are working conditions under which people perform at their best. Our congratulations to the entire German national handball team.
