Are you familiar with our beverage and bar service for conferences and events in Berlin? Then we have good news for you. You can also book us in Hamburg, Leipzig, Bremen, Wolfsburg, Magdeburg, Rostock or Warnemünde. If you already know us, you’re well aware; if not, allow us to introduce ourselves in a few lines. We advise you during the planning stage and, if desired, take care of the complete execution of your event. From the initial idea to planning, material selection, procurement, organizing trained service staff, and right through to the event itself. It doesn’t matter whether you’re planning a conference, a trade fair appearance, or a corporate celebration for your company. Or are you an event organizer looking for a reliable partner? Contact us!
Our event planner makes preparation easy
BarFlow also offers you the option of using the event planner around the clock. We call the event planner the “order form.” It helps you get an initial overview. It’s available 24/7 and assists with the first steps, no matter when or where your first meeting about the upcoming event takes place.
Of course, we will then discuss everything in detail and point out possibilities. We gladly welcome ideas and suggestions, which we will implement for you and your guests.
Beverage and bar service for conferences
Who is our beverage and bar service for conferences aimed at? The majority of our customers are companies that book our bar service for their kick-offs, their next trade fair appearance, planned conferences, or even regular events such as training sessions. You may wonder how bar service and training go together? Our team doesn’t just offer professional cocktail catering and champagne receptions. We also provide our customers with a carefully selected selection of non-alcoholic beverages as well as non-alcoholic cocktails and a very popular coffee catering service. These options are often booked for kick-offs and other corporate events where a working atmosphere is desired.
Show barkeepers – because your guests won’t forget them
After a hard day’s work, if you’d like to offer your employees and guests something special to unwind, we recommend our classic cocktails. We prepare the cocktails fresh in front of your guests. And for those who love the extraordinary, we suggest our show barkeepers. They’ll also leave your guests in awe. Guaranteed.
