Our service: Cocktails for graduation balls and graduation parties. Yep, you made it! Time is tight, movement is limited, concentration is high, and mood is stressed. If that’s a short summary of your past few weeks, then it’s time to celebrate.
Yes, everything has its time. For all the theology students out there, that’s Ecclesiastes from the Books of Wisdom. But we don’t even need to turn to the Bible. Anyone who works hard knows that relaxation is important after such a phase. And it’s okay if that relaxation is explosive. Let’s just call it a graduation party.

Preparations for graduation ball and party – or everything goes
It all starts with the question: What are you planning? A party or a ball? Both work. For many, it’s the first ball, unless you’ve already been to dance school and mastered standard and Latin American dances. That varies from class to class and region to region. And sometimes it even changes from year to year.
What questions do you need to answer before your graduation ball and party, whether you decide on cocktail catering or not?
The location: Where is the graduation party or ball taking place – or, in modern terms: the question of the location. Elegant and chic, classic in a town hall or dance school? Or maybe you’re doing something different? Outdoors by the lake – we’ve done that before – or where machines usually run or trucks park? In a logistics yard, an old factory? As always in life: Anything goes. If you want it and push for it.
The schedule: At this stage, you don’t need a precise timeline yet, just a rough idea of what you’d like to offer. Cocktail catering or show catering, what about food? Will guests be seated in fixed places? Will there be a stage where dancing takes place later?
The equipment: Once you know where you’re celebrating, think about the setup. Are there chairs? Do you need tables? Is there a bar? Do you have glasses? We can support you with these questions if you’d like.
The date: Not entirely insignificant, but secondary when it comes to the graduation party or ball. Once all the stress is behind you, some people don’t want to do anything at all. Others want to head to the cheapest beach – the party should continue. Then there are those for whom preparations for the next project are already waiting, be it studies, a trip abroad, a round-the-world trip, or something else. So, the right time is pretty much right after the exams.
