Cocktail catering for prom night and graduation party: done! Finally, the final exams are in the bag. We know that the time when you search for this information for your prom is long before the actual final exams.
Still, such a graduation party or prom must be organized long in advance. Right in the middle of the difficult preparations for the tough exams. And it’s not just the advanced courses whose grades must be right. If there are too many failed courses in the remaining subjects, even the best exam grades won’t help. So here’s good news for you. Focus on preparing for your final exams. We’ll take care of the service and the cocktails at your prom and graduation party. BarFlow offers you professional bartenders and a friendly service.
Preparations for prom and graduation party – or everything goes
The first question is: What should it be? A party or a ball? Both are possible. For many, it’s the first ball, unless you’ve been to dance school and already know standard and Latin American dances. That varies from class to class and from region to region. And sometimes it even varies from year to year.
Which questions must you answer before your prom and graduation party, whether you decide on cocktail catering or not?
The location: Where should the graduation party or prom take place – or in modern terms: the question about the location. Elegant and chic, quite classic in a town hall or dance school. Or maybe you’re doing something different? Outdoors by the lake – we’ve done that – or where machines usually run or trucks park? On a haulage site, an old factory? As always in life: anything is possible. If you want it and push for it. And that requires your decision.
The schedule: At this point, you don’t need a precise timetable yet, but a rough idea of what you’d like to offer. Cocktail catering or show catering, what about the food? Will guests be seated in designated places, will there be a stage where dancing will later take place?
The equipment: Once you know where you’re celebrating, you should think about the equipment. Are chairs available? Do you need tables? Is there a bar? Is there glassware? We can assist you with these questions if you wish.
The timing: Not entirely unimportant, but in the context of the graduation party or prom rather secondary. Once the stress is behind you, some people don’t want to do anything at all. Others want to head straight to the cheapest beach, as the party should continue. And then there are those for whom the preparations for the next project are already waiting, whether it’s university, a trip abroad, a trip around the world, or something else. So, the right time is quite soon after the exams.
