Belladora – the recipe (Text)
1.5 cl Cognac
1.5 cl Cointreau
1.5 cl grapefruit juice
ice
tonic water
2 tsp Crème de Menthe
Shake the first three ingredients with ice in a shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled Collins glass and top up with tonic water. Pour the Crème de Menthe on top and serve the cocktail with a stirrer.
