Cocobelle – alcohol-free – the recipe (Text)
6 cl cold milk
2 cl coconut cream
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
3-4 finely crushed ice cubes
1 splash grenadine
Toasted coconut flakes
Blend the first four ingredients in a blender to create a semi-frozen drink. Drizzle a few splashes of grenadine down the sides of a chilled Collins glass. Slowly pour the blended cocktail into the glass; sprinkle the toasted coconut flakes on top.
Garnish: toasted coconut flakes
