Galliano – What is it?
Galliano is a well-known Italian liqueur with a distinctive flavour and a striking yellow colour. It is made from a blend of herbs, spices and aromatic plant extracts. The exact recipe is a secret, but some of the ingredients used are said to include vanilla, anise, cinnamon, liquorice and various herbs.
